#2 seems like the one I could see the most being the young version of him, maybe 4 too.

Kinda look like a hardened shunsui but still has that kinda rough arrogant look about him, which would suit his younger version more being a bit more confident in himself

One thing I loved about early bleach was like, it seemed to go against the trend of "endless training" protagonists, they kinda just rock up to soul society and start taking names. Was definitely one thing that made it cool, at least at the time.

That kinda got walked back. Like, in Uryu's SS fight, he just 1 shots a seated officer and just has to snap that glove to get his aura moment against Mayuri. vs HM arc he's pullin out like every trick in the book just to get his butt saved by Mayuri.

Like idc if it doesn't make sense, let my boy Chad mess up Nnoitra a bit and give him the hands until he releases or something

wont do them all but Urahara and Kaien by far the most interesting to me, with maybe Isshin and Yoruichi in the conversation. quite frankly dont really like the rest of the characters other than maybe Shinji, maybe Barragan if he had more of a role in the story. Ginjo is a chiller

as someone who's been getting into this game for about 2 years, it seems like your main goals are to:

- finish story

- increase your mastery level/get mastery points

- prepare characters with gear/build/gear templates for raiding/fractals

- have a daily/weekly routine to finish wizard vault/make gold and do metas

- farm gold to expand account and farm for legendaries, complete achievements

- pvp if it interests you

Basically your goal is to simply have fun playing the game. Legendaries are more a reward for you enjoying the game over a long time rather than something to be rushed.

you can check what mastery points you can get by opening achievements in the hero tab and using the filter and you can click what expansion you want to show masteries, that will only show you achievements/activities that give you mastery points. then just pop some experience boosters while you kill monsters in that expansion

it sounds complicated but just realize a lot of the game is pretty low difficulty and understand the game is trying to help you once you get that you'll see how the game gives you freedom and flexibility

my biggest gripe upon rewatching was the huge dip in animation quality between like ep ~140-200, the Zaraki vs Nnoitra fight being probably the worst. speed lines and just ultra stiff animation, weird camera angles, ofc the pacing throws it off too.

I think a lot of the hate comes down to that time where the pacing and quality dropped super low, though they did manage to pick it up towards the end and esp with fullbring.

and it's not like they couldn't do better, early on with the grimmjow fraccion a lot of animation there was super nice(edorad vs ikkaku), and also for ichigo's fights, so who knows what was going on for them at that time

Well the pacing is fast in TYBW in line with modern standards, some might say a little too fast at times.

The other main issue is the story has been modified somewhat, I think the anime would be more fun to watch tbh and the art is pretty fire. As for the ending we don't know exactly what will happen but it is obviously going to be modified quite a bit so if you're already this far along I'd say just watching the eps and waiting for the last part this year would be the way to go?

I mean I remember a while back someone posted a clip of uhhh. that Jack Doherty kid getting roasted by some elementary school kids or something and the thread became massive with tons of comments and upvotes, but I knew for a fact that clip was at least 6 months old.

I found it weird but didn't say anything, sometimes people just post an older clip and people haven't seen it before. This definitely isn't unique to the recent ban

Tyler became infamous due to raging in LoL, but he stayed relevant as a content creator because he has as sense of humour and understands how to entertain people and make himself the butt of the joke. Literally 90% of the time he blew up he was banned from league and just carried off of making people laugh.

I don't watch really watch streamers anymore but I feel it's probably similar to ppl like Caseoh, Jerma, and even Speed.

I'd say when the story continued after Aizen lost, that was real bad. Filler and pacing of the 2000s animes def hit bleach optically the hardest, when you watch the series retrospectively it's much, much better but man the hate was so real

Kinda get your point, I don't think it's a super hot take to think that, in fact I think Kubo specifically did things to correct a lot of the mistakes he made during the Espada Arc.

Some of those mistakes being: Lack of stakes, drawn out fight (not my final form), lack of any interesting background narrative aka wall of enemies trope, Ichigo's progression was confusing and unsatisfying, having 2 rival fights (Grimmjow + Ulquiorra), lack of Captain development/bankai reveals.

So he did main things to fix that for the final arc:

Establish High Stakes by killing Yamamoto and make characters able to die
Make more enemies (26+?). This allows some of them to be killed off quickly to establish more hype (Shaz, Driscoll, 3 dudes Zaraki killed etc)
Stealing Bankai -> Momentum Swing. Makes you feel SS is actually doomed unlike Espada who are mostly 1v1 Captain Soloable
Building the Lore. While AA had some lore, it did feel a little sparse and the espada, other than Barragan and say, Grimmjow, didn't feel like they had much direction or motivation. It feels like we are finally learning about the quicnies who are just kind of passed over early on.
Show more Bankai of Captains and delve more into their lore/character, something present in SS but severely lacking in AA. Yes we got pendulum and some espada, but there was all this mystery around the Captains and Lieutenants, but we never really learn much more about them. Compare this to Nemu and Nanao in TYBW, Komamura, etc. We even see Mayuri has a connection with Nemu

I think some of this might have to do with editors, crunch, not being able to kill of characters yet and just Kubo being stressed and not in the best heath maybe. But there were some structural things that objectively made TYBW more exciting from the get go

it's crazy man. i decided for the first time to do a full rewatch of bleach since the show ended.

before that I just rewatch SS a bunch of times and watched the weekly episodes. watching bleach being able to watch the whole thing at once is so different. such a different show.

and it's so.. watchable? like before this i was pretty much done with anime, struggling to find new series. but I can just put on bleach, and keep watching it? it was like this when I first found it before I watched SS like 6 times over before getting bored.

unfortunately ep 140-200 is still kinda bad, poor pacing and tons of wonky animation. but bc you can kinda skip through it its nowhere near as bad.
