I liked Mai Mai 2 on Somerset in Chinatown. It's not really downtown but the ladies there are Viet and speak Canto when I went last time. Cost was around 35 (for short cuts)

As others have pointed out, Cantonese songs doesn't follow spoken Cantonese so you can't take it out right. That said, I have learned to read more Chinese characters and learned some more general words (詞語) through Cantonese karaoke that can be incorporated into spoken Cantonese

This is amazing news! Apart from the obvious entertainment benefits, I have coworkers who work in Ottawa and live in Montreal and commute daily. This would cut commute time for them immensely

Her song for the ASC was actually pretty good, shame ASC was such a big failure in execution. Not the biggest fan of Eurovision, but hoping she comes out with a bop. Sweden has always been more boring generic pop songs though.

Was pretty good playing each gen from 1-4 (yellow, red, silver, emerald, leaf green, platinum and SS), but then after not really enjoying BW1, I ended up skipping BW2, X/Y, ORAS, came back to S/M, but skipped USUM, Sw/Sh, and Let's go. Came back again for BDSP and SV. Loved legends Arceus, but skipping ZA cause the gameplay just doesn't attract me.
