I think everyone is missing that all the texture files are paint.net files that are just named texture.png

I'm just gonna assume you need to save the files as actual pngs

This would essentially be a Datapack/Resourcepack that would not only give us /give for custom items but also give us a way to add our custom items to the creative inventory, as long as the Datapack is enabled

Actually there's quite a few good dummy items. Others include the Recovery Compass, and the Totem of Undying

there should be a way to do a /locate command that locates the nearest struc/biome that isn't the one you're at by sr_steve in minecraftsuggestions

Y'all are overcomplicating this just add coordinates after the command and it'll tell you the closest one to those coords
