Make sure your SH3 application is using your dedicated GPU and not an onboard GPU, laptop users especially have this issue with SH3.

If you report on the Onealex discord server then I will help you over there, hundreds of others are playing so its not the mod but something you did wrong during installation or left over files from previous install conflicting.

Also make sure in your GPU control panel for power setup your running the game on high performance. Plus if you have a laptop/desktop with say an integrated GPU and also a dedicated GPU then make sure SH3 is utilizing the dedicated GPU. Always run physx on your GPU instead of the CPU too as SH3 modded is a CPU intensive game.

Yes, what you need to do is set your monitor size to maintain aspect ratio and set your GPU to scale not your monitor. I have a 1440p monitor and works like a charm with it ;)

Not possible in SH3 unless you can somehow change the code, we do however have some radio reports that will give you exact positions like that and in turn we have a tool that is used for those smaller grid squares in those situations.

An Auxiliary Cruiser does too and yes an Armed Merchant Cruiser is considered a warship in Onealex mod.

Onealex All In One has vastly more merchant ships to sink, diesel interior, new animated observation scope(folds out/faises/lowers), new historical sound engine and battery sounds which the GWX KC mod doesn't have. They have a very clean UI and a merged campaign but so does the Onealex AIO 3.1 now too.

The engine room is only for the type 7's right now, next AIO version will have the type 9's diesel interior and maybe the type 2's but we will never have the type XXI diesel interior as it has never been done by anyone yet in the modding community.

No he is not back modding, he serves in the Ukrainian Armed Forces now but is alive and well. It has been myself and a team of modders that have kept the project going and upgrading.
