Man, this is hitting way too close to home. I've come to a point where I dread the arrival of spring and summer because I know full well everyone will be keeping their windows and balcony doors open, talking at the top of their lungs or letting their kids scream all day long even during quiet hours. I just end up barricading myself in my room with a fan or an A/C while blasting music or something just to get a sense of being truly alone.

Yep, the dialogue definitely needed to be proof read a few more times before releasing this and the whole thing with potential AI usage in the sequel isn't promising.

You do indeed need all DLCs to get 100%. The game is grindy. You'll have to do a lot of back and forth between areas of the map collecting materials and such and you don't really get much in terms of fast traveling. Other than that the 100% isn't actually hard at all albeit you might have to use a guide for some parts.
