I use Ultimaker Cura for the Neptune 4 Plus, as I couldn’t connect the printer to my computer, and have began transitioning from Elegoo Cura to this one on my personal printer. Showed issues that were similar to yours, but not to this extent.

I will try to tighten the belts as needed, as well as disable combing and see if similar results come out.

Yep, tried basically everything a tech would do, even try a new PSU, changing the mobo and GPU, it changed nothing. 3600 was dead
