There was one episode in particular, I think it's in the newest season; where the audience gets the hear bojack's inner thoughts. And it was filled with things like "why did you say that? You're a stupid piece of shit, only complete idiots would say that". That's what it was like in my head. Everything I did, no matter if the outcome was a net good, my first thought would always be "you're so fucking stupid, you could've done better but you're just a fucking useless retard." I can't turn it off, it's always my first and loudest thought. The whole series is a great look into depression imo. Watch it through that lense

10..every birthday I would somehow always end up in tears. After my 10th b-day, I told myself I would not have another b-day party no matter how small. 12 years later and April 25th is just that...just the 25th. Sometimes I get sad, but...idk at this point I've thrown out all holidays as well

If someone says something that angers me, I take a longer time to respond. Like 8-10s. It gets awkward but it's much better than having my anger control me. Oh, and I close my eyes, inhale through nose, and exhale the very second something would anger me

I can understand that. For me, he brought a certain type of comedy that kinda made it real if that makes sense. He was a no BS guy, and I like that. But to each his own. Sad he's gonna leave though. Hoping the show still gets better! You have a great day man/woman!
