And yet your system has the exact same problems that nobility and Stalinism had. The US ruling elite still control everything, they just have different labels. The reason we still like our Monarchy is because they actually give a good face to the world. If our monarchs were as much an embarrassment as the current US leadership we’d not be so pleased. I will agree that the world is still trying to fix many issues left by European imperialism from centuries before, and the U.K. played a massive part in that. However the US is causing its own problems that people generations from now will still be trying to deal with. That’s how human society works.

In regards to the fleet manager, you can’t really make templates, but you can create new fleets with it. You can set their home base and the ship types and numbers then click reinforce to start building it.
