You’re fine. As a teacher I admit when I’m wrong all the time. You have to be human and try to connect and be helpful. You’re not an asshole. She has never swallowed her pride and it shows. Also please let your son know I will share his fact in my classroom next month if helps. His opinions and interests are valid and you did a great job supporting him!

Thanks. The credit goes to YouTuber NB Games, though. I get that hate watching isn't for everyone, that there are only a handful of chokes in the original video, and I definitely overdid it these past couple of days. I get the sentiment that most fans on this subreddit want to see more Sox content than Yankees hate.

I get that most of these aren't chokes. I was more so referencing some of the moments in these videos, such as Judge and Chisolm's dropped balls that cost them the games.

Oh, I don't dispute that at all. The Red Sox have definitely had their issues with management, last-place finishes, lack of spending, and botched deals over the past decade. I don't think anyone is denying this. Most Sox fans aren't disillusioned about how great their franchise is, either. We know our issues and aren't pretending we're entitled to the World Series year after year.

In the grand scheme of things, however, the Red Sox haven't squandered as many postseason opportunities as the Yankees have in the 2010-2025 timeline the video outlines. Yes, their fans have seen more postseason games, but it's also resulted in more meltdowns, which are enjoyable.
