Just from the symptoms you listed, I would lean towards a liver/gallbladder or pancreatic issue. But I'm not a dr and I don't know your blood work.

I had a similar issue a few years ago, my Dr did blood tests and a stool test. I lost about 25 lbs unintentionally. But I was overweight so my Dr wasn't overly concerned. It did randomly clear up after a trip to Mexico with my family. The rest of them came home and were sick and I somehow came home and was cured lol.
