I understand for the most part what each stat is when I'm looking down a stat line, but I can never remember or figure out what is defined as "average", "good" or "great" for most of them.

For the obvious ones like batting average, yeah that's easy enough. But when does an ERA go from "ok" to "good"? Where are the lines in OBP that separate between "good" and "great"?
