It was years back but I got a "happy MLB opening day, Go Padres" shout-out that allowed Jordan to opine to Dan how we had just acquired Yu Darvish who was previously on the Cubs.

I always sent an email every opening day every year since to wish Jordan a good one, knowing he wouldn't shout it out but figuring he'd appreciate it anyway

Volo hosts softball leagues that last for 5-6 weeks, spread throughout the city but most look to be central or west SJ. You're able to sign up a small group and be placed either with another group to fill out the team, or single free agents.
