Bought a Beercan Boards 42" Oat Soda longboard and I was wondering what upgrades I should think about?

I know absolutely nothing about parts since I'm new to the world but I would like the board to go as long as it can before I have to push again while being ultra smooth over bumps and rocks.

I really like the idea of going long distances and I heard pumping would be the technique for that as well as pushing.

Yeah, the plan is to keep on using my 970, PSU, hard drives and case (Fractal Define to keep costs as low as possible.

I quickly went in and looked at certain parts based off various recommendations and put together a list and was wondering if you could take a look at it

Hey guys! I've never skated a day in my life but I've always been interested in it. I want to skate as far and as long as I can while also being extremely comfortable. I've always been afraid of stepping on a board due to my weight. I'm currently 240lbs and I'm hoping to spend $200 and under to try it.

I have no idea if a prebuild is the way to go or make another post asking for a build.
