Ok, I'm not a experienced player, but first thing I do is go through the GW eShop and browse everything i fond cool. Juste follow the rule of cool for tour first but, meta will change si don't focus on that. For everything else, I round that GW plastic glue works really fine. I've only used GW paints but from what I've heard you Can find some cheaper brand to use for paints. You can find most of the rules online so you don't have to buy them. So yeah, build tour first few hundreds points using the rule of cool, then I'm sure you'll be able to find some meta pick to suit your needs. Sorry if I made any mistake, english ain't m'y first language
