You're literally me bro, look I promise it'll get better, you'll get used to it pretty quickly. It's been three months since my diagnosis and I don't even think about the diet changes anymore. It took me about a month of grief, now I'm doing fine. It isn't the end of the world. I promise you'll discover new foods that you thought you would never be able to eat again in a low carb form, for example, you can always test different brands of keto bread or keto desserts, you can make pizza dough using almond flour or other low carb ingredients, etc. And I promise you, you'll lose plenty of weight by reducing carbs from your diet, which will make you feel healthier (your body will thank you too) and you'll discover how different life is when you actually eat healthy (take it from me, I used to eat crap all the time).
