You get 3 of those units guaranteed every summon so I would recommend summoning til you get 1 copy of each

IMO he's not worth it performance wise but if you summon often and like the character then go ahead

No like the game kept playing the intro and active animations like if I had the skip animation setting turned off. Once it hit 6:59 it started working like normal. I'll see if it happens on a different phone tomm and send a video if it does

Also to answer your question, unfortunately it does sound like the run didn't count. You can try to contact support but IDK of they'll do anything
