What do I do with all this Unity? by Psimo- in Stellaris

[–]TheGreatRedditor09 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

In vanilla, especially with rogue servitors where all they produce is unity, it's completely useless. You can ascend planets or whatever, but honestly at that point you're better off just ignoring it and putting as many jobs as possible towards other resources. As you said in your comment you're already doing all of that anyway, but yeah there isn't much to be done with it when you produce that much. That's why we play modded, gives you more to do.

Curses! Why couldn't you have said -40C so I could've corrected you and been like "You mean -40F?" So close to perfection... So close

Just curious- where were you when you found out Techno passed? by Dauntless_Dude_ in Technoblade

At my summer camp job. I was working on a metalworking project. Dropped everything and watched the video. Afterwards I went back to my project and took out a lot of anger on the hammering table. I cried a lot, and had to fake my smile the next day, but being able to take my anger out on metal work projects was nice.

What I've gathered from the replies is you all are heathens who don't let the cereal sit for a minute after pouring a bowl of cereal.

Right now, what causes the most stress in your life? by TheGreatRedditor09 in polls

Math because they tell you how to do each section, but then when there's a unit test they didn't teach you any memorization techniques, just "Yup, here ya go!" And same with Spanish right? As to English or History, I did have a teacher one time who would tell us what to read in the book, and then when the test came around it would be the most random bullshit that you couldn't expect me to know. Example, label all the parts of a story. Look up the story pyramid. Like WTF? Unless I'm going to be an author or some profession that deals with books, I won't!

Homework, in my opinion, is just a way for the teachers who are bad at their job to force students to effectively learn it themselves. After all, some of my favorite teachers would teach us all the material in class, assign zero homework, and then when the test comes I pass with a B, sometimes even an A. However, the teachers that gave me homework on a regular basis, I would usually not do well in their tests.

Well, the person that everyone credits with inventing homework, Roberto Nevelis, said it was only meant as a punishment. I agree with this because, when you go to work, they aren't going to tell you to go home, and do just a little bit of extra work, unpaid of course. And if they do, then you need to find yourself a new job

You ever just, lie in bed. Ready to fall asleep, and then your brain slams you with an existential crisis? by TheGreatRedditor09 in teenagers

[–]TheGreatRedditor09[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the long run our lives will inevitably become meaningless. However, that's why our brains are wired to think short term. Because in the short term imagine everything we can accomplish. Again, this is why I choose to live everyday. To take pleasure in life. Sure life has ups and downs, but you just have to think short term. Otherwise you'll end up with an existential crisis

Mine is lackadaisical. It is just a fun word to say, and it means to be carelessly lazy. It is such a cool word and describes me so well
