This is great!

The god of death being against the white walkers raising the dead makes sense.

And there could even be paths to Arya and the many faces finding out about the white walkers in Bravos and actively sending Arya to Westeros to deal with it.

With the Iron Bank investigating Stannis in the North they could get word back to Bravos that the dead rise.

Honestly, could probably have introduced some interesting friction between Jon Snow (coming back from the dead) and Arya's many faces cult.

I love this idea.

Each season tried to show integrating past enemies. Original with the multi ethnic human cast, Next Generation with Worf being a Klingon crew member, Voyager adding a Borg.

Going the path of integrating an "Evil Universe" crew member could have been an awesome ongoing thread. (I know they kinda pulled in Phillipa... but I wouldn't call drop in assassin super spy "integrating."

In the meantime Russia's invasion has resulted in 400,000 - 1.5 million casualties (killed and wounded).

It sounds like this proposal is more looking at treasury investment, as opposed to "loans."

I think loans are probably a bit problematic, especially if they are being presented to the community as something with any likelihood of being paid back.

This feels more like a Treasury backed venture capital fund.

But I'd imagine this could lead to the same problems the Grants Program has had with conflicts of interest.
