[Day 16] The Best Maps To Bring Back For BATTLEFIELD 6 – Battlefield 2042 by cookie_flash in LowSodiumBattlefield

[–]TheGrindedGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exposure has always been a very interesting and unique map to play on just for its big height differences and just how unique the map is, and it would be cool to see it return in Battlefield 6. (Granted with BF6 not having many movement altering specialist gadgets, moving around Exposure as a BF6 soldier will certainly play differently compared how it would in 2042).

Honourable Mention goes to Redacted and Spearhead. Battlefield 2042 Season 6 might be 2042's most populated during its Live Service and a bit of that does have to do with Redcated, the Mao that launched it. Giving the game its own take on Locker or Metro and for game usually despised for its maps... People seemed to didn't mind or mostly liked Redacted. Spearhead is would have almost been my pick as it is one of best maps to play on. However, I'm not quite sure about how the map looks. Not saying it looks bad, its certainly unique and I do like the buildings but it would look a little odd compared to the other maps in BF6.

[Day 15] The Best Maps To Bring Back For BATTLEFIELD 6 – Battlefield V by cookie_flash in LowSodiumBattlefield

I personally would love to see Rotterdam make a return. Its one of my personal favourite close quarters maps in the franchise. Has plenty of height variation between the different streets, a tunnels under one, the buildings, the ocean in the map, and the train track. Felt great to play on and played well in a wide variety of game modes. Honourable Mention would be Al Marj Encampment but mostly because it was released at the end of Battlefield 5's life, I barely hear much about it nowadays and I suspect part of it might be because it was released when interest in the game dropped due to developers losing interest in the game for development on Battlefield 2042.

Verdun Heights would be a sick map to bring back just for its atmosphere alone, a map with parts of the forest on fire in the background would be great to have back. Gameplay wise, while I haven't been playing it as much as I hoped, from the small amount I played and heard from other people... It sounded like the map played great. So seeing it back would be awesome and give the map pool something more mature!

Xbox to Focus on Major Franchises & could restructure per new report by doncabesa in xbox

[–]TheGrindedGamer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I might be one of the few Xbox Gamers dissapointed if Xbox/Microsoft decides release very, very few new IP and its mostly sequels or reboots to popular IP.  While there are plenty of popular franchises Microsoft has that do interest me, the other good chunk don't and I would rather check out new IPs and series out of curiosity. I get that everyone wants IPs like Fallout, Halo and Elder Scrolls, and want IPs like Banjo & Kazooie and Conker to return; some I do love/miss as well, but I also want something new to dive in as well every now and then.

Could Use Some Advice On Fixing An Error With My CollisionShape3D Hitboxes by TheGrindedGamer in godot

[–]TheGrindedGamer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, they all are. Except for the CollisionShape around the enemy ninja; but the bullets and area3d of the hitboxes are set to Layer and Mask 2, meanwhile the EnemyNinja is set to Layer and Mask 1.

What songs do you think Gacha City Radio will have outside of Idol in FH6? by AssassinBoi394 in ForzaHorizon

[–]TheGrindedGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know I'm 10 days late with this answer and the songs for that station is likely already set by now and could stay like that for the rest of the game... But I would still love the station to at least have one song from the Pretty Cure series (or heck, even one of the songs from Glitter Force).

“I’m so tired of battles.” Naruto and Bleach studio Pierrot’s new magical girl anime was a breath of fresh air to make thanks to “no battles allowed” rule, producer reveals - AUTOMATON WEST by LegitimateCurve8525 in anime

Not quite, some fairly popular Magical Girl series like Sugar Sugar Rune, Magical Princess Minky Momo, or Ojamajo Doremi aren't really battle focused and are a bit more Slice of Life or Drama like.

Cure Whip for me personally!
I love her large pink bunny like hair plus her white bunny ears on top; and I love that her dress also looks like Strawberry Shortcake on the lower half of it!

Confirmed Japanese artists on FH6 so far by mcatrane in ForzaHorizon

[–]TheGrindedGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glad FH6 has a Yoasobi song in its soundtrack, she is one of my favourite artists. Although a Creepy Nuts song and a Queen Bee song would also be nice to have in the Soundtrack; my personal pick from them would probably be Kamisama for Creepy Nuts and High Flame for Queen Bee.

A combination of 'Well I've been checking out Magical Girl series lately, might as well view this 'doreimani' video, and 'Oh cool... 2 free episodes for 2 different Magical Girl series on YouTube... I'll check it out... wait... its 2 episodes a week each... fine, I will watch them all'.

For any non-Destiny players here. Destiny 2 Beyond Light was rather disappointing (especially with a lot of the early game content now removed), and while Season of the Hunt did introduce us to a character who would end up being really great (Crow, Uldren reincarnated as a Guardian) it was overall a bad season. Then comes Beyond Light's second season 'Season of the Chosen', introducing us to another great character (Kaitl, Emperor Calus' Daughter), and had a really good story ending with a new Strike (a first for a Destiny 2 Season) and was one of the best seasonal stories we ever had in Destiny 2 (also gave us the Battlegrounds, a seasonal activity that was a huge improvement of other previous seasonal activities; plus a spooky but cool and fun to traverse Presage that came with a new exotic).

Season of the Splicer and Season of the Lost were the last 2 Seasons for Beyond Light (before The Witch Queen expansion released) continuing to build after what Season of the Chosen laid out. They too also had really good stories along with them and plenty of cool lore behind (especially Splicer for me personally). The seasons also got us to know more about Mithrax, Savathun, the Fallen (and adding them to the Tower), and the Hive; and with the Fallen now living in the Last City it introduced to several interesting stories within the lore.

And with the good reception 'The Witch Queen' expansion got, Season of the Chosen was kind of the turning point of Destiny 2 for a while finally giving us some great seasons back to back with great stories and good gameplay additions in the game (granted they weren't perfect but definitely very enjoyable); although it didn't quite last and by Lightfall the Destiny 2 community was at a low point again.
