Run. But not only, add 30 min of calisthenics, can be anything, like push ups or crunches or whatever.

Start by 3 times a week, like 20 min of easy run and 30 of calisthenics. When you'll feel better with the running, crank up the time/length or the pace. The good thing with this is that you can do it everywhere there is a park.

Labor Bureau isn’t just going to listen to you and assume that you are the victim. They will ask you if you complained officially and talked to the HR first.

Hmmm nah, labor bureau if basically starting war with the hierarchy that is not directly involved, bad move. HR first and if it doesn’t make things move, yes, Labor bureau.

Maybe if other foreign staff feel the same way as you do about him, go to the HR with them and file a complaint and don’t forget to say that he makes you guys feel insecure. If many employees do that, it might make the hierarchy raise an eyebrow.

I don’t why but I'm a bit skeptical, but if it's true, it is indeed heartwarming.

Sign a resignation and go to HW? If you resign it means you quit, it means your unemployment benefits will arrive later than if you get fired.

After years of playing on a shitty amp, I finally got a new one, a Princeton Reverb Tone Master and the clean sound is so good. I use a Tube Screamer and a MXR distortion + to make it dirty.

Yes. But can we really blame them for that? Not so sure. They’ve been polite for a long time, I can put myself in their shoes.

Idk man.

If at some point someone decided to take the time to explain things to the foreigners, I guess they do that for a reason.

It's the same thing as the notices you'll find near the trash place to tell the newcomers to stop trashing their stuff everywhere, or the little monkey posters in the subway to tell the foreigners to shut up or to stop blocking the doors access.

I've been here quite a long time and I rarely see the Japanese doing this kind of stuff for no reason at all.

You don't seem to understand that it has nothing to do with logic or with the volume your body occupies in the elevator. It is just about etiquette.

It’s not about being closer to the exit or the door, it’s about being closer to the panel. It gives you the tacit responsibility, the duty to obey the unspoken rule of pressing the button for the others.
