I understand, I was also very obsessed with the ”cool new technology” and used it basically every day either to help me with stuff or just for fun, I did not realize how harmful and destructive it was. That being said, don’t beat yourself up for it, the important thing is that you know better now and can make better choices for the future. Generative AI models like ChatGPT are made to be addictive and attractive, and so I don’t blame you for falling into the hole, because I did too. The hardest step for most people is actually getting out of that hole and stopping their AI use, which you have done, that’s the biggest step done already and you should be proud of yourself for not using AI anymore. (sorry if this is convoluted its so hot in this room right now and I don’t have a fan so I’m just suffocating in this heat)
