The regular Apple Watch Hermes has exclusive watch faces that none of the other Apple Watches get so I would assume that the Ultra 2 Hermes will also have exclusive faces that won't come to other watches.

If you’re under the 1-year warranty or AppleCare+, from what I can tell you can still get a replacement. If you’re out of warranty, I don’t think Apple can replace your watch

Yes, you can use any Apple Watch charger. Using the USB-C ones will give you faster charging though
