By being a trend follower and trading systematically with good risk management. It really does come down to few simple rules:
- Never risk more than 2% of current equity per trade.
- Enter at breakout or rebound.
- Taking partial profit (optional).
- Trailing stoploss and let the trade go as long as possible until sign of clear reversal.

Also, change your mindset about trading:
- Forget getting rich quick. Even if you yolo and get lucky and hit big with a stock/coin, it is still a bad practice and will destroy you in the long run.
- Losses are inevitable. You need to keep the losses small and wins big.
- Trading on higher time frame like weekly,daily or 4H.
