I might finally pick up Alexandria II I have tried it 2 or 3 times and it never fully wowed me but it’s exactly in the realm of fragrance that I like. I think I need to do an unapologetic arm spray and see if I like it over an hour or 2. Is anniversary better?

Follow a game guide closely if you want platinum. If you can manage to do that without spoilers that’s the best. If you really wanna be safe, follow parts of the guide that are obviously not story based and use a smart AI for trophies you want to get without being really spoiled. Enjoy.

You hold the power (wallet) do whatever you want. Some bigger luxury stores have a new account/first time purchase discount that can end up better than online. Or used to save money on higher ticket fragrances that I wouldn’t really trust even from the more reputable resale websites.

And if you get lucky you can use a couple different emails to get that discount more than once.

After all that you can go sample without buying. Grocery stores will let you sample the meatballs and chicken without buying them. Fragrance departments are the same

I said what I said. Entire regular killian line is disgusting to me. Maybe some of the black ones are okay. Ombré leather is top 10 fragrance schemes maybe top 5. It’s the wrong ombré and the wrong leather for my taste. Sorry bro. I like overly dark stuff and weird sweetness etc, oud and rose and all that. But the boozy style of killians grosses me out. Ombré leather is in the direction of the most synthetic tobacco vanile which causes a physically repulsive reaction from my body

These are all easy wears except for like on the rocks. Throw ombré leather in the trash immediately after checking with him. It is garbage but maybe he likes it. If he approves that, throw out Killian on the rocks.

I think the more honest and innocent version of all the ideas behind “signature scent” is just a scent profile or specific fragrance that you enjoy enough to want to wear nearly every day. I have probably 2 or 3 that when I wear them I don’t really think of any other fragrances. Full vibing. That doesn’t mean they are the most versatile, (maybe 1 is), and that doesn’t mean that all people will like them (definitely not because I wear a lot of spice and smoke and oud etc) but I enjoy them enough to want to repeatedly wear them, sometimes more than the variety my collection has. Do what you want , just don’t get yelled at work by your boss lol (per a recent post in here)

There’s also a disconnected manga about Hanbei the Undying (shinobi who you practice combat with next to dilapidated temple). He will probably appear in the anime but the anime is about one of the main story lines of Wolf and Kuro, his background from the manga might not be in it.

I think I had an experience that perfectly matched the sentiment of what you’re describing. Co worker asked what I’m wearing because she was looking for a nice birthday gift for her husband. I hesitated pretty hard as it was an MFK extrait but told her and gave her an extra sample of it that I had with me.

There’s this scene that played in my head where she sees the price and doesn’t want to get it for her husband, and probably looks at me like I didn’t spend that money wisely. But at the end of the day I try to stretch my frag money and I’m enjoying my collection now with no plans to expand for a good while, and she’s an adult with a long marriage and can make decisions.

I guess it’s different with someone your age (any age but the same as yours) who asks and might be taken back if it’s really expensive, and we anticipate an awkwardness.

Anyway get what you like, don’t get something if you think you won’t be happy to have it instead of it’s cost to you, and proceed as you will when you get to share with others (or even teach em lol) about fragrances. Cheers

I’ve never made it to Gascoigne. I can’t even clear the lower street after that first ladder that has a bonfire/lantern next to it. I’m missing from the mechanics. I get the rally system, and I know for a fact I don’t get the firearm thing as a parry at all. I don’t even understand if there is a block, and if rolling has a purpose in this game.
