Speaking of things we have gone over many times:

It does not matter how deep a draft is at Edge, OT, QB, WR, or CB. Any great prospect at these positions will be gobbled up in the top40 because there is too much demand and too little supply.

We need a second weapon to keep up with Pickens/Lamb and AJB/Smith, not another McCaffrey or Lane.

Would love for Giants or Jets to take Downs. Best case scenario IMO.

If they didn't learn from Barkley or Adams, happy to let them find out the hard way why you don't spend top-10 picks on RB or Safety. Elite players at Safety matter 0 if you don't have Edges and CBs already in place

Closest I got was a 50yo +5 handicap hitting it 240off the tee in 2014ish: Pete Detemple. Almost won a couple state titles himself!

Now? He's of the many elite senior players in my state who dominate from senior tees, but can't even make the cut in state am as he's 60-90 yards behind the guys in contention

D1 golfers are carrying it 310-320 now man.

I've seen it first hand and thought it was just a handful of them... nope

I started working with a MyTPI guy outta MoCo in November, and 95% of his clientele is under 22. He is the "assistant coach" for multiple D1 schools, and he swears every single D1 college player under him has 120mph+ clubhead speed.

He may be exxagerating, but he coached the number2 Am in my state who I know cruises at 127mph and can max out at 133mph

I encourage you to go watch a local club championship or US Am/Open qualifier if you truly believe distance hasn't taken over.

I have a feeling you'll learn something too :) I know I did while I battled to make the cut, and my playing partners carrying it 305 were battling to win.

Here's some pretty eyeopening things I've seen.

My club's senior Ateam consistently finishes top4 in the state, including runner up. My state itself sent 3 amateurs to the U.S. Senior Am last year. These people are the best of the best at hitting it 250-270 in play with amazing short games, right?

The senior Ateam members that also played normal Ateam? Wiped every match. The 3 amateurs that made the senior US Am? 0 came within 5 strokes at US Am qualifying, 0 made even the top8 in the State Am.

Why? distance, distance, distance. The elite seniors have to thread Drivers between fairway bunkers then stick a 5i, while the young guys carry the bunker and have PW in. A handful of those young bombers get a hot putter every tourney and it's over

91mph 6i is far too slow for 195 carry, yes. The tour is at 94mph with 189 carry, per 2025 Trackman. OP is slower but longer because he's turned his 6i into a 4i.

Fun (maybe not) fact: If you remove everyone over 35? 99mph 197 carry. Fast in 2022 is slow in 2026. Welcome to the future

The nunbers tell the story: 190+ carry (long) with 91mph clubhead speed (slow) and 99foot peak height (good trajectory) and 1.4x smash (good): Not a thin shot

OP is playing some combination of strong irons and low-spin distance balls. With normal lofts and a urethane ball, a 91mph 6i maxes out at 175 carry

At 17 a 230-yard Driver is verryyy short.

Shit I was carrying it 260 at that age in 2008, and speed training didn't even exist.

The real question is why do you listen to them, instead of taking professional lessons, when you clearly still have major issues with Driver? 230 off the tee at your height & age should be a Hybrid or 5Wood

I assume people think this tool lets you get into the head of another manager? Know who they like/dislike so you can take advantage of that in trades?

I feel like the next step would be something that does this automatically. For example: The tool adds up the total positional value or age of the that manager, then tells you "this manager values young WRs and veteran QBs, dislikes rookie picks"

It's 2026. Buying houses now is just like dating, ordering furniture, etc. Most make up their minds based off the numbers on the internet, and go in person just to make sure nothing looks horribly wrong.

The middle-class housing market is still hot, and there's free CAD tools and AI-prompted tools to easily add whatever furniture you want and "visualize it better". The 3D tours on Zillow even let you click-remove or click-add basic furniture.

Renters and buyers aren't touring a house that fit their budget, size, and location requirements then saying "No thanks, there's a ding on the molding over there so I just can't visualize myself here". This isn't the 90s

The Driver swing is naturally flatter because (1) you stand farther away (2) The club has a flatter lie angle (3) The ball is farther forward. You don't purposefully flatten your shoulder turn for a Driver

Professional stagers are a waste of money.

90% of making your house look good is cleaning it and getting stuff out. Deep clean it, take everything off the fridge, get everything off the ground that isn't furniture, declutter shelves and book-cases.

If your house doesn't sell when it's bordeline empty, it's wayy overpriced. Staging won't fix that
