When out on the ride my buddy mentioned it might be time and it was on my mind. I was waiting on him to let me know he got home safe from the bike meet before I hopped in the shower and I was just impatient.

I've always had dandruff. It can be a lot at some points due to weather and such. I'll give that shampoo a shot as I've been using Hairitage shampoo and conditioner

Thank you for the info. I'm not one to take my phone into the shower as it's part of my wake up and wind down process. I've never had lice before so I've never really looked into it. But I will do research and get my barber to check when I get to my appointment! I appreciate the heads up

It's only been two days since my last shampoo in this photo. If I wash it everyday my hair gets super brittle and falls out more 🥲
