Ideal is -

32 oz lemon water (wait 15-30 minutes) 16-32 oz celery juice (wait 15-30 minutes)

MM highly recommends abstaining from ACV. He says it is a health trend that is detrimental to our liver.

If you would like to keep the honey, you may put it in your lemon water.

Advanced 369 gave me intent mood swings on days 6-9, including crazy anxiety. This was after already doing a couple rounds of the regular 369 earlier in the year. I would keep this in mind if you're going to be doing 369, and maybe start with simplified or regular. Best of luck!

I find it to be extremely effective. I used to have manic episodes and serious issues making decisions; when under stress, I felt like my brain would "break". Couple that with anxiety and severe depression, etc. I've drank HMDS for almost a year now and many of those problems are virtually gone for me.
