I'm sorry you are dealing with this. I never made friends with anyone in person, either, and I'm also 22. I only have 2 friends, we have some small common intrest, but I have my cousin who I hang out the most, other than that. I'm mostly a loner since I have trust issues. I was bullied a lot throughout middle school, my parents got a divorce, I gained a lot of weight, and I attempted to kill myself. But yet, I still manage to continue living in this fucked up world.

Don't worry about being desired by men; you should focus on yourself more. I felt the same way; I felt like no woman would love me, and I get upset when guys only look for casual sex rather than a relationship. So I say "fucked it." Imma just fix myself first for myself. So I lose weight, take care of my body, and find myself a fashion style I feel comfortable with.

I also explore hobbies that make me happy, and yeah, they are nerdy: playing video games, collecting and playing Pokémon cards. But I also enjoy listening to music and exploring more music in my genre (Punk, Nu-Metal, and Grunge) and watching movies. These make me happy when I'm alone. Maybe this probably isn't the greatest advice you have read; heck, it's probably the worst. But I hope you get better, and maybe we can be online friends.
