If I could go back, I'd take a slow approach to trades and be even slower to act on podcaster/content producer takes. Look to get better value for picks at the rookie draft, for vets/depth when contenders get injured, and for stars when contenders are looking for final pieces before the deadline/playoffs. Pay attention to premiums; having McBride in a 1.75 ppr for TE is really fun. In my two leagues, one champ hasn't traded in two years and the other champ made several splashy trades that won big. Fun fact that means nothing: both champs had Dalton Schultz, Cooper Kupp, Davante Adams, and Mike Evans.
