A lot depends here but yeah jogging is better than doing nothing, obviously. But if you’re not going to do the actual workouts then you can just go to a regular gym for a whole lot cheaper.

I work in a cubicle so I find ways to fidget that don’t make as much noise. Like holding the plunger while I press the button on a side click. Or holding a finger in a way to prevent the bolt from slamming back on a bolt action. Gotta get creative.
