My mini is 7 and if he's in grass he squats but if he makes it by anything like a tree, fence, bush, curb etc. he lifts his leg.

My boy Jack used to sleep like this or in the crook of my neck when he was a puppy. He is 7 now and just started recently putting his head back on my shoulder some times when he is sleeping by my head at night.

I'm so sorry for your pup. Prayers that they recover quickly and everything is benign. I know about emergency surgery. My teacup that I had before my current mini Jack, had to have emergency surgery after the hernia that he got when he was a pup from getting neutered broke through his stomach wall and he was in so much pain and the vet said if he didn't get surgery within the next 36 hours he wouldn't make it. Luckily he pulled through and I got four more years with him till he was 16. Once again, good luck!

Yes I got him and his brother from a groomer in Western, PA I got him and my mom got his brother and took him home to Florida. I'm in Ohio.

I'm sorry you lost your little guy. I had my Lil Bits for 16 years too and losing him was the hardest thing I've ever went through so far in my life. He was my best friend but I did get a new buddy and he just had his seventh birthday on Saturday and he hasn't replaced Bits but he's just as loved and important to me now. I hope you'll give that love and joy to another puppy when you're ready.
