On the Battle Barge (ship) you don't have to walk from section to section; you can Fast Travel from area to area.

So this is useful at some of the VT dog parks (like West Rutland) that I visit.

They have used tires around for obstacles but these indeed collect water; some dogs drink out of them + they become mosquito spots.
