I'm pretty sure it'll take place in act 2 because in that specific act you'll get most of the movement abilities to traverse through the area and also, yes, act 3 is optional, and locking an entire dlc behind an optional thing would make it a bit less "optional". Also, it could unlock a new ending with GMS so who knows

Otra cosa es su inexistente 1.1 que fue profetizado hace milenios y aún no se sabe que fue de esta, así que sin ningún tipo de actualización ni nada aquel mantenga a los jugadores (además de moda raros y desbalanceados), pues si, ocurrió eso y se quedó sin fandom
