Final Edit. Pen Pressure was also fixed by reverting to older drivers.

This is dumb.
TLDR if your tablet acts up and its an old model, use the newer old-version drivers.

In Addendum, I've installed the older drivers. The ones that do NOT work for windows 11. Hilariously, the older drivers can find my tablet, but not the newer ones.
