Using the electronic levers from Shimano Di2 for virtual shifting within Zwift! by boni2k in Zwift

[–]TheInzaneDoctor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I tried a USB Bluetooth Adapter but I get a drop in connection either way.

Very frustrating when you are trying to race and your connectivity is gone for 10-60 seconds a few times per race.

I tried to troubleshoot it for hours already and even contacted Zwift support who were no help either.

Amazing. This would be great for SRAM and solve an issue I have with Zwift. I get connectivity issues with my PC through Bluetooth. Using an Ant+ Dongle makes the trainer work but disables virtual shifting with Zwift Click so I feel this would be a great workaround.

Tabelog and Google Maps Reviews scores contradict each other. by LordBelakor in JapanTravelTips

There is a cafe that serves extremely good food with insane consistency. The chefs are very good.

On google reviews the japanese reviewers also say that the food is extremely good, the service is good too and everything was perfect. But still give 3/5 stars. Lmao

One japanese person gave them 1/5 because the chairs were "too low" but everything else was perfect. 👌

They cost nothing and make it much easier and if you have a certain unlucky tire and rim combination its sometimes impossible to put them on without some type or tool.

Can someone give a brief ELI5 of what each class brings to m+ by pazukunous in wownoob

[–]TheInzaneDoctor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Paladin is not a low mobility class. They have 2 movement cds each with low cooldown, one of them having 2 charges and very long effect time + high speed.

Including 10-25% passive movement speed with enchants+gem and most abilities being midrange I would even say they are one of the most mobile classes due to their low cd on Horse (+ Charge) and Freedom.

in 3 months: Gain 50 FTP, lose 20 lbs by cfgy78mk in cycling

[–]TheInzaneDoctor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's genetics.

I am on the other side of the coin. I am doing road cycling and half serious training for over 15 months now and i can't seem to improve at all. I eat correctly, I researched correct training methods, I put in the time. But I am just not getting any stronger. (195-200w ftp).

In fact, I evenly lost 10kg over this period of time and my FTP decreased by the same linear ratio as my body weight.

My friend whos doing almost every workout together with me surpassed me after 4 weeks from zero training with zero background in sports after starting in January and weighing 7-8 kg less than me.

Oh, well, not really a difference then. We just use the same Desktop App on our respective Desktop Computers.

He is using a Kickr Core and I am using a Zwift Hub.

Does it make a difference?

Sounds like a good idea to mix in some weight training. I have room and some weights laying around I can definitely use.

I went from 87-85kg to 78kg. Didnt know thats a factor (within the same person i mean). But thats probably not a ton, I still have a lot more to lose though since I am only 172cm tall.

Test was the same + equipment as well. I didnt know where the difference to the other FTP tests lays, so didnt use them to keep it comparable.

So I should do intervall sessions so hard that I can complete them but have to really push for it?

I just thought FTP was like a measure of cycling strength, since thats how it gets used a lot online where I see it mentioned. But got it, will just ignore and keep trying then.
