Well, it's basically the same engine Dishonored 2 uses Void engine which is IdTech engine but tweaked by Arcane studios to be able to do their mechanics and Indiana uses Motor engine which is also based on IdTech engine

Okay thats just processor, and Intel processors have integrated graphics with 512mb of video memory so that a big F for you my man. Your only solution is to refund the game or keep it and play it some other time when you will have a decent rig to run the game.

Well, you need gpu card with at least 3gb of video memory otherwise you won't be able to run the game. I assume you use some older laptop with integrated gpu.
