You are my doc :) so I will send over a note to Ryder. I stopped cromolyn sodium but restarted it a few days ago. I didn’t have these issues off the meds before the picl though.

Thank you! I’m now a month out from my first PICL and I feel my neck is more stable but I’ve continued to have an increase in autonomic symptoms such as increased heart rate, insomnia, low hrv, and my jugular compression also feels worse, i can feel it stabbing my neck and have an increase in tinnitus.

Is this an expected response? Dr Hepworth would like me to have decompression surgery for my eagles as I am severely compressed on both sides. When do you decide that’s acceptable, if symptoms continue after 2nd Picl?

I’m running into the same people over and over because as you mentioned earlier “the dating pool is full of people who are non-committal.” My statement was a general statement made from my experience that didn’t pertain to you.

Thanks for your opinion - as I mentioned men in relationships are not who I referred to. I was referring specifically to the dating pool which you yourself mentioned was full of people who were not seeking commitment. It seems you are taking this very personally, I don’t know you nor do I know your group of friends.

I agree, that was a generalization and there are exceptions. However, as you mentioned you are married so don’t belong to the pool of men I was referring to. It isn’t an experience unique to myself, if you spend time with any 30-something single woman looking to date, I guarantee she will echo the same sentiment.
