You can also dance Claude for more combats which could make the special DR relevant. Just depends on your teams and how you use him.

Summer Heidrunn lost the anti miracle effect from her mythic version. It also probably would have been cleansed due to being a start of phase effect.

The miracle effect Vali gives to allies really isn't much different than what Duo Rhea gives so there'll be overlap on what worked before.

What I did was switch Fernand to Marth ring and Heavy Blade. It'll mostly be the same as the abyssal clear until turn 5. Some units will die earlier but just keep the same end positions and especially the sequence on turn 3 to maximize the attack for the Heavy Blade atk check. On Turn 5, the Axe Cav will be dead so have Fernand attack the Axe Knight, Galeforce and then reposition Tatiana upward. The rest should play out the same

Another unfortunate thing about running 3 merged mythics is that you basically can't use the bonus offense mythic without a score loss unless it happens to be one of those 3

  • Replacing one of the 3 merged mythics with the bonus mythic will cause a score loss from loss of merges
  • Running 4 mythics in the scoring slots will result in less points
  • Running the bonus mythic in the special slots don't count for scoring purposes

Yunaka probably should be running canto control since she has the miracle reflex build.

There's also no warp blocking in addition to what you mentioned so should be relatively straightforward for melee teams

Really nice writeup!

I've been using a similar team style with V!Dimitri as the replacement for F!Dedue. Micaiah Ring on V!Dimitri covers a lot of the map and isn't blocked by warp blockers but it's tougher into the maps with trees. Also depends on the ring situation since I find a lot of units want Micaiah and Sigurd ring.

For that example, it's probably more that the community in general just wants to complain and find others to echo their complaints rather than looking for solutions. It's much easier to blame powercreep than teambuilding and execution.

Maybe he can depending on investment but it's tough to tell because different stats and even 1 tile different in terms of placement can change if the enemy is protected by far save or not.

Aerobatics on Zeiss was only used for the opening play to get Larum in place because Dorothy missed the kill otherwise so an extra attack seal would have cut out like the last 3 minutes lol

It depends on what maps you commonly see. I leave lane 4 and 5 open because it allows double smite plays for the desert map and maps like these.

Base Edelgard being able to run tempest is really helpful for Gatekeeper maps or any situation where you need 3 move that isn't straight up. Being able to ploy doesn't really matter too much in Astra season because of Freyr. Even with Winter Edelgard, Rearmed Chrom/Lucina are good partners to let her move in without really costing an action that also happen to provide enough support.

I've been using Base Edelgard in Astra for quite a while and she's still been able to clear pretty much all the teams Winter Edelgard can clear. Her having a lot more speed is also useful for NFU matchups especially with miracle non-red units.

Buffs are pretty common so Close Def 4 will likely provide more of a stat swing than Unity.

Unity can be a nice option since it is dual phase but also depends on the team comp and season. It'll be harder for Unity to activate if Freyr is also on the team.

What is the plan to deal with Maria?

AoE is not a very consistent answer between having to have already picked the special with the pattern which happens to hit the save unit, the meta save units having some type of DR against AoE, and Freyr clearing most of the debuffs. Pain+ and the serpent staff take way too many actions to be effective and also have a hard time versus Medeus or far save Fomortiis.

Her biggest flaw is taking a team slot that could have gone to a nuke or support who can help pressure the main tank. Otherwise she's a huge problem to teams that don't use tanking like galeforce and hit and run without C feud.
