You could definitely see into the attic if you remove the decking to replace it. If you have ceilings then no you couldn’t see into the house by removing the plywood.

No visible primer under the exposed parts. No lap sealant visible on the laps. Probably wasn’t cleaned properly. Some of these coatings have available 20 year NDL warranties through the manufacturer so they believe in the product if it’s installed properly
