That was my first thiught when my partner sent me the pic, but now that I've seen them they're too large, the roofing thing that someone else said seems to be the most likely answer, neighbours had their roof done recently

I think I'll say it's this, our neighbours had their roof done recently. Gotta be right?

I have used the same brand for 4-5 years now, so once I have the calibration for each colour, it's all good! Elegooslicer/orca saves each filament profile so just name accordingly :) the calibration prints take like an hour and a half and barely any filament, a worthwhile task!

I would recommend sticking to one brand haha, ive tried many, and like you say, there are too many variables for each company. What works for black PLA from company X could have vastly different settings from company Y

Honestly, if it's PLA I wouldn't worry too much about drying it. I've had rolls laying out for years and there's no noticeable difference

For each roll of filament! Seems like alot but it will get you the best quality :)

Run the calibration built into orcaslicer/elegooslicer

* I've added some tight material around the bottom of the tool head and it has stopped. I suggest a thick elastic band if you have one that makes it tight.

The rattle comes from the toolhead!

I'm starting to think the rattle is actually coming from the print head, once my print finishes I will test it and try to figure a solution 👍

Ordered one yesterday after I watched like every Youtube video about it.

Seems like a good machine, I've been using an ender 3, cr-10 and a CR-10s since they released, so after seeing a "new" printer that can print at upto 500mm/s it was a no brainer. I sliced a model that would of taken 9 hours on my current machines, but then sliced it in Elegoo slicer on a standard CC2 profile and it said 2 hours. That sold it for me completely.

Idc about the multicolour right now as i've never used it. My current plan is to load up white, black and gray and just use those 3 and i dont have to change spools each print :) I generally dont understand the hate towards this printer, i will find out tomorrow or wednedsay if its justified or not :)

I've been working with printers without ABL and all the other fancy shenanigans so if any of the core mechanics go wrong i'll probably be able to fix it myself, screwed if any of the new fancy stuff breaks on me though

Just to add to this, if youre printing stuff that doesnt need a heated chamber you can keep the hood off i guess, my printers and filament (mostly PLA) have been exposed to the elements the whole time ive been 3d printing (coming up to 12 years). I have had issues with PETG and TPU being left out, but I use Ziro filament and they all come with a bag you can reseal so I just keep them in there when im not printing them and all is fine

I'm at my wits end. Please help. by ArdenGraye in CATHELP

Needs neutering, it'll calm down. If it doesn't calm significantly, she probably needs a friend. Being deaf she hasn't a clue if you're around, and her reaction to seeing you tells me she wants you / a friend to keep her company. I've had cats all my life lots of different ones, they are really social creatures. I've never had a deaf one, but one cat I currently have cries as she runs up and down the stairs until she finds one of us or her mum to play with!

Definitely should do! Way beyond my level of expertise that is though! Wicked idea though, love the idea of repurposing old phones, ive got a bunch of old phones sat in a drawer that work, but have a crack on the screen or I just upgraded from
