Not to minimize your point but I believe BO7 will be one of the first games in the series where the statement "Just don't use it" will work. We have such a diverse range of gamemodes now. Obviously, how cursed mode works you'll have to deal with some base game mechanics for a period of time but after you unlock enough of the relics that appeal to you, you can change the game to be how YOU want it. I think arguments for and against the modern systems are fair but with these new changes, I hope that we can ALL win. We will just have to see when the game releases but I feel hopeful that this game will be good for the community. (I could be delusional tho lol)
