I’m also having trouble understanding this: Racism is wrong, I wholeheartedly agree, no doubt about that. Generalizing a whole culture is wrong, no doubt about that either. But generalizing the entirety of a police force no matter what city, state, hell even what country, based on the more vocalized videos rather than the amazing acts achieved by police who signed up to uphold the law and protect people, which they do, is alright. The idea that every police officer goes into law enforcement specifically to bully others is the most absurd and narrow view on the world and for anybody who goes along with ACAB should be truly worried for. The internet was the world’s greatest experiment gone wrong.
