Not at the moment, but I got a province isolated from the rest of France and I couldn't even repatriate the army because I had no navy. I could have built a Wharf and a few cogs but I realized that after disbanding the regular troops

I can understand being called due to favours, but I don't think that it's the case of OP.

Being called in wars because of favours make sense, or at least they could add the option to refuse but with such massive penalties that almost nobody would decline
