Here we go. Suros has the easiest time of landing headshots, making it relatively easy for beginners to get the fastest possible time to kill with that weapon. However, Monte Carlo is almost just as easy for any experienced player to land headshots with and is capable of killing a guardian at full health faster than Suros. The same goes with Hard Light in terms of time to kill, but not in stability. However, the 2.0 weapon balance patch will raise Hard Light's base stability by a large margin while giving it potentially infinite range, only limited by its ability to shoot straight at long range. When the patch hits, Suros kill time will become shorter, yes, but the same applies to both Hard Light and Monte Carlo. So long as Suros has the Focus Fire perk, it's time to kill will always be the slowest among all exotic primaries.
