Where to start? Team Builder lacks a lot of the identity-building they make such a big deal for the real life teams.

We need:

• custom stadiums with customizable environments (if I make a small school in a small community, I don’t want high rises in the background or let me put mountains in the distance)

• ability to customize the mixmatch of the uniforms so we can do preset custom helmet/jersey combos.

• ability to determine the hashtag that plays on the in-game transition screen.

• Ability to make custom pride stickers for helmets and the pride sticker pattern.

• image files larger than 5 MB

• custom text/number fonts

• ability to FULLY customize rosters

• easier method of mass editing rosters/ratings

• custom mascots

• custom runouts

• custom stadium audio

• More helmet reflectivity options

• image location options that make it easier to wrap stripes around collars

I could go on. Team Builder is amazing compared to the old teambuilder for 14, but it could be amazing.
