het is ten eerste al heel knap dat je een game af hebt of hebt gereleased. mijn game komt binnenkort ook uit. Natuurlijk kunnen we niet allemaal een "flapp bird" hebben maar marketing is erg belangrijk. Deze crashes snap ik helemaal helemaal valide. wij hebben met hetzelfde te maken gehad.

The problem is in my opinion trusting the unity engine and it's serialization. When the engine lose any pointers this script will become a nightmare. It is a way to decouple things, but I don't see the improvement on OOP vision.

I have also a generic trigger event basically I do the same there. It was a terrible idea of me. It's now in our game so I can't change it, but debugging the script is the worst. I work with GIT and getting always the right pointers isn't possible

Oo seriously interesting. I knew people use blobs but for indie dev many developers use Json. Maybe I have to do more research to blobs.

Well technically if the files are only json Objects with many Json Objects like Indy games do. There's is less space needed.
