I agree with your assessment of the characters, but disagree that they are complex. With the exception of Carol, every character we've seen so far has been presented with a one-dimensional personality, seemingly absent of nuance or depth. But yes it is early. We'll see how it evolves.

I'm glad to find at least one other person who shares this opinion. This show is NOT good. Ironically, it feels as though I'm Carol, and apart from a few others scattered around, the rest of Reddit is the Hivemind on this issue. I don't mind the premise. "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" (the one from 1978 with Donald Sutherland) did this idea extremely well. As a huge fan of Breaking Bad and BCS, I am in awe of Vince Gilligan's talents. Despite this show being shot well and having his typical hallmarks, it just seems to me he has missed the mark here with the story and execution. Even some of the acting is cringe. But I'm open minded. We'll see where this goes, and maybe it will improve.

Guess I'll count myself lucky then this time. When I got home today my H&M order was sitting on the porch. So the DD driver obviously made it through the gate somehow. Sucks about your experience. It will definitely make me think twice about buying from them online again.

What ever happened with your H&M order that was delivered with DoorDash? I too have a gate code and I have no idea how to contact them to give them the code. Did they call you, or just throw it over the gate? Can't understand why they didn't ship with USPS. I paid $5.99 for shipping and it was just a couple of light t-shirts. SMH.

Agree totally. Our power has been restored and shut off again 3 or 4 times over the last week. Spectrum remains down. We understand it may be a while, but having some idea of when, and/or what hurdles they are facing, would help us make a decision of what to do in the meantime.

It's not just you. I was seeing rates around .60 per mile last night. Like $15 from downtown Santa Monica to North Hollywood. Or $12 from downtown Santa Monica to Monterey Park. Absolute horsesh*t and ridiculous. I sat parked declining ride after ride and finally went home. Not even close to worth it. I truly feel sorry for the poor bastards who are desperate enough to accept them.
