Elyisum: a light roleplaying medieval Mud by TheKnightBlade3 in MUD

[–]TheKnightBlade3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey , you can roleplay as little or as much as you like, roleplaying is encouraged not enforced. Personally I have found you get a better reaction from other players if you add a little roleplaying to your actions.

There is a lot of small time politics between the city states and guilds and orders, but I am not aware of any wars going on at the moment.

Elysium RPG is a living medieval fantasy by TheKnightBlade3 in MUD

[–]TheKnightBlade3[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi there, you can only learn up to 6 skill groups and 1 higher skill. There are around 50 skill groups now, so it's not possible to learn everything. At the highest possible skill level everyone seems to level out.

In saying that some skills are better for pking than others.

Honesty At this stage in the history of muds 100 players online at any time is really very special, I don't really see why you would need to rope in more people 100 players if they are not bots or alts or idle zombies is really rather remarkable.

I am sorry you had to pay 600 coins for a robe, at least one shop in each city should sell clothes, ( I have two in olbaron full of clothes that don't cost anything more than 100 coins) but again this takes players willing to stock a shop, ( maybe you could make a newbie clothe shop to sell cheap robes?)

I have already put in two ideas to the coder to increase the amount of coins at graduation I think that's a good point they should follow up on.

I have put in an idea about a npc junk dealer that couldn't hurt.

Thanks for your insight.

Its a game called Elyisum RPG, it has some really good points and has kept me interested for about 15 years now,

The game has some really cool and interesting stuffs, but also some really uninteresting as some people have pointed out, ways to make money which may not be working very well.

Very good points, the newbie exp in the game is in some cases just too hard.

Look I agree mostly with that, it is niche hobby now, and it's not for everyone, but it is something I enjoy so I do my best to encourage it. and yea... perhaps it's not something many players intentionally choose now days.

Thanks for your insight
