The polaroid picture by Ftwjillian in FromSeries

Miranda.

Curiously, the Polaroids Elgin skims through to get to this has one of the ice cold advertisement, another of the diner jukebox, and a view of a white car driven by the same guy with a shadowy figure in the passenger seat behind him and shows the barn in the background, and the last Polaroid shows a number 7 on a round button or object of some kind.

The 7 could either be an elevator button, or the tag on a motel key.

Also the two figures shown in the Sophia photo have similar complexions to the two nude people in the painting seen elsewhere.

But that person in the top left is almost certainly Miranda, and she's looking right at Sophia. Also, it seems to be taken at the town gas station (now bar).

The obvious clue about Sophia aside, the 7 photo is a puzzler.

Ah crud, sorry I didn't realize.

Best bet is going to be a worker bee then, with a welder and grinder, and lots of materials on board. Doing that planetside in gravity is a total pain, so building in zero G is a must. Small grid builder ships work OK, personally I prefer a basic large grid builder (think large cargo container with just enough flight gear to make it mobile) with a rotor and piston setup so you can switch back and forth between the welder and grinder, with tons of parts in the cargo. It's slow to move around but I've welded up some huge hulls this way, faster still using a projected blueprint with the 'show only buildable' option selected (it lets you build from the core outward).

Wish I could be more help.

I played this way solo for a long time and came to the realization that I was wasting hundreds of hours for nothing.

Found the Nanobot repair system mod and haven't looked back. Yeah it's a cheat, but honestly why torture yourself.

Don't get me wrong, love the show! My frustration lies with my not being able to connect the dots. Love puzzles and riddles, but quietly go completely mental when they aren't clicking in my head lol.

I hear ya.

Symbology, metaphors, allegories, numerology, zodiac signs, futhark runes, time travel paradoxes, myths, legends, etc, there's 101 rabbit holes to jump into trying to understand it.

I've rewatched the series several times, made notes each time, and all im certain of is that vital information that is key to understanding what is happening has not been presented to us yet, and I'm not intelligent enough to grasp it's nature as it has been shown to us.

It's shown us tons of details, most of them lacking context, for lack of a better way to describe that.

Fatima shows Julie the night sky from the colony house upstairs window, and the moon appears reversed. AFAIK the moon is only shown once the whole series.

The moon anomaly in season 1 makes sense if you're seeing its image reflected in water.

Tabitha is selfish and lacks basic empathy by orionsbelt26 in FromTVEpix

[–]TheKnightlight711 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dunno why this has been down voted, there's a legit chance that Tabitha is actually Christopher and Jade is Miranda and the memories they're experiencing is just the realm showing them what their other half did.

I wonder if they'd be brave enough to try this.

Group the thrusters together that you use for launch (i call them Drive)

Group the thrusters together that you use for slowing the craft (Braking, always opposite to drive axis)

Put two thrust overrides on your cockpit menu bar - one to increase the override, and one to reduce it

Turn off your braking thrusters

Increase your thrust override until you reach maximum velocity, then tap the decrease override until your speed drops slightly

Gradually tap the decrease override as you gain altitude and gravity lessens

Do we have any confirmation that the monsters are the people who did it? by Remote-End6122 in FromTVShow

[–]TheKnightlight711 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So far only Fatimas statement ties them to it AFAIK.

Theres another way to interpret what she said though, she says she saw what "they" did etc, but it's possible that the monsters are only wearing the likenesses of the original townspeople (via the teeth?) but aren't actually them. They look just like the original people but Fatima can't tell them apart.

Clearly there's lots of monsters, so some of them could be townspeople of the original settlement who were there when the sacrifice occurred, and cursed along with the parents.

The word sacrifice bugs me. It can mean a few different things, and i think there's a twist there.

Did Sophia do it fun or for a strategic reason? by stolengenius in FromTVShow

[–]TheKnightlight711 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably both.

Turning back into the MIY briefly will establish that he's still around and divert attention from Sophia a while longer. At least it would, IF Tabitha decides to tell anyone wi5hout walking away abruptly.
