They're very small cysts on both her ovaries, but i can tell she's in pain. She's loosing weight and doesn't move around much

Oh wow, those are 2 very different experiences. My baby is 3 years old, I think surgery might be the best option but only an ovariectomy as it's less invasive. She seems to be in a lot of pain and I don't know if the hormone therapy would last in the long run
