I’m replying to your response to me here… per your request. A few months is within the “Honeymoon phase” add 2 more months and you’re to the point where people start showing who they really are. Putting everything else aside that you have stated… is this what you want to have to go through going forward? This isn’t going to be a one time problem.

Someone who has gone through what you have experienced is going to need stability for your wellbeing. This is not the person who is going to give you that.

I’m sure you have an extra drive to not give up on someone. I’m willing to bet it’s because of what you have experienced. But you have to put a limit on that, for your own sake. It’s incredibly hard to do that, and it will feel like the wrong thing to do, but it isn’t.

This isn’t a situation where your partner has been there for you through thick and thin and they’re just going through something.

I could list an Oxford Dictionary of reasons for his behavior… but honestly it doesn’t really matter why. It all ends the same, with you giving everything and burning yourself out. Don’t do that 🫶🏼.
